MY BEING A STUDENT TEACHER 2015

I HAD MANY FRUSTRATIONS IN MY BEING A STUDENT TEACHER. THUS, TO NAME A FEW HERE ARE THEY: -we suffer but the mentors prosper -we sleep very late and the mentors sleep tight -we give our best, spend our money but we don't have wage, we afford to eat once or if lucky twice a day -plus the Lesson Plan we had to make and make it happen, plus the materials if its been written then it should be present you see how frustrating to be a student teacher is? I know I know I know you will always say it's only a challenge. Yes its true but where is the justice in this phase of being a student teacher??? am I learning from this? YES! Many indeed! but is this one way of making your future teachers to re-think of their choice of field? a big maybe...plus I can't blame those who graduate from this stage and not pursuing the teachers league. A MENTEE-MENTOR FACTOR NOT THE STUDENT-MENTEE FACTOR :(
